How to Bid:
You will first need to create an account. Go to the top right of this page and click on LOGIN/REGISTER and follow the directions.
After registering you may bid. You can bid in increments of one US Dollar. You may leave a proxy bid of your top bid and it will bid for you in increments of 1 dollar or you may bid at your own accord. If you get out bid you may bid again until the auction closes.
If you Win:
An email notification will be sent to you on the lots you won or you may log into your Downing Auctions Account to see if you have won. It will tell you the lots won and amount owed including sales tax of 8%
Payment can be made at pick up in cash, venmo, paypal. or you may use our online check out.
Payments / pick up arrangements must be made within 7 calendar days from the end of auction. Failure to do so will forfeit the win and the item will return to Downing Auctions. Failure to pay may cause termination of your account.
Pick Ups can be made on Thursday, 12/19/24, 4-6 pm or by appointment.
